I am super frustrated with my FB right now. I have been getting a 0 adjustment every day for a week...even though I manually keep track of my numbers and know that's not right. In the past, even when I left the FB laying on my dresser all day, I got an adjustment of 98.

Married my junior high sweetheart. We've been together for 39 years and are still sweet on each other.

What an inspiration you are, Shannon! You look beautiful. :flowerforyou:

Great ideas! Thanks for sharing, everyone!

Fage Total 0% is my favorite. I sweeten it with liquid stevia drops (1/2 cup yougurt-10 drops stevia). Add fresh berries and it's better than ice cream! :)

It's baby fat. Having babies made me fat...and then there were all those cookies I baked for the babies...and ate. ;)

Good coffee is a treat to me, it's the one thing I don't want to give up completely. I find by using use low fat milk and liquid stevia drops I can sweeten my coffee up a bit and enjoy it just as much as I always have.

I top a fresh garden tomato, cut into wedges, with low-fat cottage cheese and basil chiffonade, add salt & pepper to taste.

Really interesting...thanks for sharing!

Aldi and Target, with an occasional trip to Trader Joe's-which is over an hour away. My husband plants a HUGE garden, so our produce is homegrown during the summer months. We also like the local Farmer's Market for cheese, ethnic goodies, and baked goods.

I too have suffered from this...it was terribly painful-so bad I could barely walk sometimes. Inserts didn't help, shots didn't help... I did several things that alleviated the condition completely. I've been pain free for YEARS. Initially you'll probably have to use ibuprofen or aspirin to reduce pain and inflammation. Do…

I worried a lot about sugar at first, but find it almost impossible not to go over if I eat ANY fruit or yogurt. The USDA recommendation is 32 grams of ADDED sugar a day, for a 2000 calorie diet. I don't worry about sugar that naturally occurs in foods...but that's just my humble opinion. I found that the following article…

So glad you pointed this out...I hadn't seen the info to sync the two. I'm interested to see how it'll work. Thanks!

I use fitbit and it seems pretty accurate in my case. It comes in at just about the same daily calorie expenditure that the online calculators say I "should" burn for a person my height/weight/activity. I also use it when I walk on the treadmill and get consistent numbers. I chose the sedentary setting on MFP when I signed…

Exactly. LOL

I won't repeat what other users have said as they've explained very well what fitbit does. I just thought I'd chime in and say that I LOVE mine and have found it extremely helpful in my fitness journey. I'm a very thrifty person and think it was well worth the price.

Thanks for the "overnight oats" suggestion-sounds wonderful! I'm trying this tonight. :)

I use a natural product called "Sweet Leaf Stevia" in my coffee every morning. It's a liquid...you can use as many drops as you like with ZERO calories. I went from using two teaspoons of sugar and 2% milk (78 calories per cup) to using skim milk & stevia (11 calories per cup!) It takes a little getting used to, but it's…

I have the Fitbit and I love it. It's reasonably priced, very easy to set up, use, and requires no extra fees. I also like the small size-it's easily hidden on your clothing. Fitbit seems to be accurate and sometimes it even motivates me to be busier throughout the day. I can't think of anything negative to say about it.…

OP: I lost almost 30 pounds eating approximately 1200 calories a day, with no exercise other than my daily routine. My weight has been stalled for about 6 weeks, so I've upped my calorie intake to 1470, we'll see if that helps. I also bought a "fitbit" to get a rough estimate of my daily calorie burn. I found that I burn…

I use stevia liquid drops in my morning coffee. It does have a little different taste than table sugar, but after using it for a few days I never looked back.

I just got a fitbit last week and love it! It tracks calories burned while going about your everyday business. It even tracks while you sleep & tells you how well your sleeping. I love having a clear idea of what I burn in a day rather than guessing. MFP had my calories set too low...but with fitbit no more guesswork. And…
