Go to this website: http://www.knowzy.com/total-access-changes.htm scroll down to a blue box chart that shows the various plans and their prices. It looks like there are two different 3-DVD plans, a 3-out premium for the $34.99 and 3-out standard for $19.99. It also has the dates of the rate changes. Hope this helps.
