Thanks! I'll check it out... I started doing hot yoga a couple weeks ago, did it twice and then it cleared up so I went back to riding my bike. I think it's a similar idea, using your own body weight to strengthen your muscles. Now I'm sick and taking anti-biotics so I can't work out, grrrr~

I gave up on diet soft drinks a long time ago, switched to soda water or Perrier. Diet Coke makes you retain water and alcohol dehydrates you, so not a very good combo. Try vodka sodas with lots of lime, or a splash of juice. My fave is rum, soda and a splash of pineapple when I'm out drinking. I also love to drink…

Hey, all, this looks like fun! I ride my hybrid about 20 miles a day, four to five days a week. I try to do at least one long bike ride a month.
