Good on you!

Never heard of it but, considering it references caffeine in the title, I'm very puzzled as to how it could have less caffeine than a decaf coffee - I'd be wondering what else is in it to boost your metabolism.
-
I often add lots of plain (preferably raw, organic) cocoa powder to my shakes/etc. to make them more chocolatey.
-
I'm guessing stimulating circulation/lymphatic system could help eliminate toxins/retained water but don't imagine you could rely on it doing a lot.

Have you only been making the overall effort for the 7 days since you started 30DS or were you already on to the food side of it before that? It wouldn't suprise me at all if the scales didn't drop in your first week of doing something new but keep body composition in mind as well as just the scales - presumably you want…

Try cutting out one kind or the other and see if that fixes it? I don't have a problem with Splenda but generally avoid Nutrasweet.
-
Not worth changing - I think you'll find that full-fat milk is only about 4% fat anyway.
-
Quite apart from anything else I hate cooked carrots so it would be out for me.
-
It's going to come down to personal preference for the taste and how concerned you are about chemical/artificial sweeteners.

I've been known to succumb to this in the evening, I believe it's a combination of cold weather and exhaustion making me crave carbs for instant energy.

Do you know how to use the recipe function? You can create a recipe called, eg. Sprout Salad, then add each of the individual ingredients just like you add food to a diary. It can be a bit of hard work weighing/measuring everything but you only have to do it once and then the recipe is in your account.
-
I'm not big on sprouts so haven't tried searching them but, if the separate ingredients are in the database or info is available on them, couldn't you just enter it as a recipe then use the macros to set it up as a 'My Food' so you can both use it?

Have no suggestions but have experienced something similar from my sister for years - someone who's never had to worry about her weight chastising me for what/how much I eat under the guise of being supportive. Of course, she couldn't be supportive by agreeing to not have things like crisps and chocolate biscuits in the…

Ooohhh, this was an idea I didn't really need to consider! I just weakened and bought plain protein powder for a recipe today - am imagining creamy cocktails of all descriptions, lucky my liquour cabinet is bare!
-
Where possible, I BUY it when they've reduced it to clear because it's almost at the use by date - today I got some at 66% off! If you take too long to eat it there's always the chance of a little mould growing on the top but, otherwise, I've not had a problem.

Oh I had plenty of pairs of tracksuit pants even before I moved to away from the Gold Coast and the ones I use for getting dirty in the garden certainly aren't 'nice' but if it's just ducking round the corner to Bi-Lo for whatever I forgot in the groceries I'm not fussed - just not PJ's.
-
In the country town I live it, some people consider it perfectly acceptable to go to the shops in their pyjama pants and ugg boots with a jacket/hoodie over top. I admit I'm not averse to ducking out to the shop in my daggie trackpants but PJ's, really?!

Chopped chives for savoury. For sweet - a little brown sugar, some cocoa and a small handful of sultanas.
-
This was my first thought - they're talking about ADDED sugar. After all, one pear has about 20 grams of Carbohydrate and it surely can't be excessive to eat 1 piece of fruit.
-
Brazil Nuts - 85% (Good) Fat Avocado - my problem being that I usually eat it on toast Any oils

I bought 101 80's Hits and then 101 More 80's Hits to use in my gym but found they don't tend to be fast enough to keep people moving on ellipticals and bikes.
-
I was counting on this for a boost to my business this year but it didn't happen

Try a low-dose B-Complex for energy - helps the body release energy from stores. If you don't notice a difference the first day you take it then you're probably getting enough from your food.
-
When I make 5-hour drives to the Gold Coast I am usually the only one in the car so have to have food that's easy to pick up and eat. Also, not wanting to stop for more than 1 bathroom break, I tend to get thirsty from keeping my water intake down. What I do now is prep carrot and celery sticks in one sandwich bag and…

In the country town I live in, I look great compared to everyone else therefore, I must not need to lose weight - forget the fact that almost all of them need to lose 10kg!
-
Hollywood Trainer Cardio Sculpt DVD - no jumping or running around a small room, low weights, high reps. Just be careful with the lunges as they can be stressful on the knees.

I'd have trouble dating someone who is overweight and doesn't care because I work so hard to keep my size/shape under control. However, if someone is lucky enough to be able to stay in half-decent shape without working on it then that's fine, as long as they don't sabotage me and understand that I know what I need to do to…

Start with walk-out planks with your legs/feet on the ball? I suspect you need to build up your stability, I know I'd have trouble doing jackknifes on a fit ball.
-
I always read magazines on the elliptical and exercise bikes - feel like it hides from myself just how hard I'm working - but I've never been able to do it on a treadmill and don't think I'm really absorbing what I'm reading anyway.
-
I would as it's not a regular activity - but I would try and be conservative when looking at how many calories I burnt doing it, just to make sure I'm not cheating myself.
