egg white omlette with a slice of cheese in it and slice of tomato on the top. YUM! But my FAVOURITE breakfast is oatmeal with non fat milk and 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Keeps me full for a long time.

I just log it as aerobics high impact. I probably burn more but it keeps me on the safe side. I'd rather underestimate my calories from excersises.:flowerforyou: If I took a class and instructor was "lower impact" I log as aerobics general.

What kind of pain is it? If it is muscle, then, yes, you need to build your endurance. But if it is joint pain, you should see the doctor for advice. I have to wear knee braces for some mashines in my gym: stairclimber, treadmill. But elliptical seems the most gentle for my knees.

I ignore them, but there are so many people who do not know about MFP or do not have support or help, they are desperate. They see this "magic" pill on TV with the sign "over 10 mln sold" and they do it and ruin the rest of their health! :mad:

I really do not know how you people DO 1200 cals a day! You are so strong! I eat at least 1400 clas on my rest day and about 1600-1700 on my work out days. I'm 5'4". I agree about black tea. It also gets me to retain water. So, black tea is my morning choice usually. The rest of the time I drink herbal teas.
