few things: 1. You MUST have 8 hours of sleep 2. Throw energy drinks out. They do not do any good to your body. Those are like last resort. Use them only in emergency situations. Your excersise looks good to me. But I would try to "zig-zag"calories and do 2 days of rest in the raw. I feel better when I come back to excersizing after 2 days. But I'm stuck at my weight for a while too and do not want to give up any of my excersise! I do eat a lot more though.

When I was pregnant, my doc said that I should be eating 300-400 calories more then normally. (NOT eat for 2 people) I think, you can stay on your maintanance +300-400 cal. As long as those calories are healthy and rich in nutrients, you are good!

So far I have been making energy bars and pancakes which is very easy and does not take much time. Energy bars save my life when I have to work till 7 pm and work out afterwards.
