A can of tuna - 175 calories and 40 grams of protein, very filling! I had that for dinner with 1 TB of light mayo, a few dashes of red wine vinegar, and some chopped onion. Yum!0

Fibre fibre fibre works for me, although that was a couple of hours ago so you've probably already eated. There's lots of good recipes online for black bean salad that includes black beans, corn, tomato's and seasonings. I also find brown rice and kidney beans with seasoning is good too. ooooh here's one, flax muffin in a mug from spark recipes, this one is super filling, I add raisins and cinammon too. One of my all time faves right now

Kale chips!! Hardly any calories. Wash and rip pieces of kale, dry. Toss in 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, put on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. Bake until almost crispy. Have that and a beer and you will still have calories left. hehee0

I made fried rice last night - lots of veggies stir fried with a little bit of chorizo for extra flavour, then some cooked rice (about 4 cups makes 6 or so serves). Serve it with an egg on top and it will come in under 300 cals per serve.
Don't panic if you are a little bit over your calories on one day - your daily deficit is bound to be more than 80 cals so even if you eat 300 cals for dinner, you will still be under your maintenance calories.0
