Agree! It drives me crazy when I see in the ingredients box: "natural fresh roasted peanut flavoring"!!! It sounds crazy! How is FLAVORING can be NATURAL? Scary!!!! A lot of people use staff like that. But I strongly believe that you have to pay for ANY SHORTCUT!

In Moscow they even don't have Fat Free milk! )))) At least if you arder tall cup of fat free hot chocolate, you have a choice not to finish it. In Moscow they look at you like you are an alien if you try to order something with fat free milk! ))))

You just have to keep doing cardio whatever you are doing. Toning won't help you to get smaller.

I run for 30 minutes before teaching my Zumba class! :drinker: When I was at the beginning, I was looking at my Zumba instructors working out before teaching the class and I thought they were aliens!:laugh:

You have to do this tests first thing in the morning otherwise the hormone which tests identify in your urine won't be enough concentrated to be detected. Let us know. Prayers!

How long are you going to be able to stick with such low calorie intake? Guess what! after you start eating even slightly more, the weight will start piling back up! Because your metabolism is way down! Good luck!

I agree. I never eat anything what is artificial. I would rather have a controlled anount of sugat vs a boat load of artificial sweeteners. But it is just me! Stay healthy! :wink: And, people, why are you so angry at the topic? If you do not agree, it is your right, but please, do not be mean.

TrainingWithTonya Thank you for your advise and being so attentive! I will work on reducing my protein amount. Because today is my rest day and I'm not planning on excersising, and still I'm on the high end of protein amount.

I'm 128.3 lbs now and for example, today will consume about 78 grams of protein. It is 24-26g per meal. (You can have a look at my diary too) Looks like my numbers are within normal range?
