Yes! I get very smug inside my own little head about my veggies! I hardly ever bought any before, so I am proud of myself, although there are some unhealthy choices that I still have (Raisin Nut Bran cereal). I love how fresh my cart looks compared to others. Sometimes I take a picture of my items. :)

Running! I run 30 mins at least twice a week. I also do hiking (60 mins) about once a week. Walking 45mins-90mins 2-3 days a week. Biking 90 mins some days (maybe 3 times a month lately). Rollerblading occasionally, and will hopefully add swimming back in occasionally too. I don't do the JMBR cardio DVDs.

Panera food tastes horrible to me personally. I agree with whoever said making your own food is part of the process of learning how to take better care of yourself. If your job doesn't require constant travel or late nights, try making those items at home.

Trader joes sells a curry masala sauce in jar. Put in a pot with chicken breast cut small. Simmer for about 40 minutes on low heat. So tasty, easy, and cheap.

I don't know if you would look the same but what you mentioned about energy, skin, etc are more important to me. Take care of your body if you want increased energy and decreased chances of illness. Or eat crap and feel like crap.

My physical therapist said the same thing! Lay on your side and do leg lifts with a resistance band or weight. Standing do the same type of move. Good luck!

I agree with the BCP. Also witch hazel toner (can be found at drug stores) seems to help me a lot, and a gentle face wash, I use purpose. The website Acne.org sells an AHA product that I also like for exfoliation. It is actually very common for breakouts to continue into the 30's but there is help :)

I agree with Specialized!!! You can get a good deal on slightly used one on Craigslist. I have a hybrid from Craiglist as well as Specialized Ruby road bike. I love them both, the road bike is my favorite :)

Depends on what you are used to but if you are very new, run 10 minutes and walk 10 minutes. Switch off however you see fit.

I am! I have started this program a few times but each time let it go and put more time into running and cycling. This time I started on Tuesday and I am going to finish the program! I am replacing the cardio days with either running, cycling, elliptical, or swimming. :) I love it!

Mine is coming up on Feb 23rd! My training has also been fairly relaxed (each discipline 2x a week), core power yoga 1x a week. This week and next week I'm focused on training hard. The week of the race I will do one swim and one run. I will rest 2 days prior, and avoid yoga that week because it makes my legs very sore.
