I think the 1200 calories is too little for you perhaps and that is why your body won't let go of pounds. Try 1400. I think it might help.

I used to look in the mirror at workout classes and wonder what was wrong with the mirrors in there! I also always thought pictures that I looked bigger in were just at a bad angle, and of course the dryer kept shrinking my clothes!

Have you tried telling her that it hurts you? Sometimes I get mad at people for doing things over and over again but I have never told them how much it bothers me. Just say something like "I know you don't mean it in a mean way but it really hurts that you are being negative about my hard work and I would feel so happy if…

Oh yes, I should have put down juice too for very rarely, I love orange juice but not worth the sugar, calories, and heart burn, other juices not too appealing anyway.

Looks good! Give seafood another chance! :) I need to be like you and get in more fresh veggies!

Yes, alcohol too :)

Amazing!!!!! Your hard work has really paid off! What kind of strength training do you do?

I have only done cardio 1. I run as well (but only 3.5 miles at a time, nothing like you) and I would say that running and the cardio 1 are different, but you may want to stick to running anyway. The cardio 1 video is basically cardio circuit, some get my heart rate up more than others. It is a good challenge, but to me…

I am also re-starting today!

Awesome!! Thank you so much for the ideal day breakfast-dinner. That's exactly what I need. I get the idea of choosing "non-processed, nutrient-dense, low-fat food with very little (or no) meat" it was the how, and exactly what, especially for breakfast that I was confused about. Thank you! And thank you to all others for…

Great idea to look up recipes for stuff I like, I will be sure to look up Cliff bars. Thanks! PS-I would do low-sodium v8 (just veggies) instead of v8 fusion (lots of sugar).

I should get a physical to find out for sure. Thanks!

Thanks!! I would not have guessed that crock pot was a trick of the whole foods trade. Yes I would love the website links please!
-
Thank you so much for all of the tips! I will check out that site for sure!

I agree with water. Lemon water is also a good way to "detox." I try to also eat more greens after a day of bad choices (like today, was feeling sick and had cup a noodle soup). I am going to stick to salad with homemade dressing and fruit for the rest of the day.

Wear sunglasses and hat, take music. You won't notice others. Good luck, running is great!

Yay! Biking is so much fun! I am also 5'3", hybrid is the perfect choice. I have a Specialized Crossroads bike (under $500) and I love it. I don't know what your budget is or if Specialized brand bikes are available in the UK but I mine is great.

Great job on your workouts! Depends, how did you calculate what you burned? Was it with a heart rate monitor including chest strap? If not, you may have an over-estimating. Either way enjoy as much as you feel hungry for, but don't make yourself eat a lot more just to meet the calories. Let them help you all week long.

My hope is to be all over toned, feeling and looking more fit, tight, flat stomach. I also want to sick to the 90 days plus do other cardio (runnig, biking, elliptical) 3 times a week.

I would stay away from store bought flavored water personally due to the artificial things put in. A few ways to get in more water that I like: 1. Blend a few mint leaves and a little lime juice in with your water, very refreshing, like an alcohol free Mojito :) 2. Fresh brewed hot tea, and homemade iced tea

So far I picked "aerobic low impact" because I am only on week 1, also I feel that "circuit training" may be overestimating.

Thanks for the research! This is exactly the part I was thinknig of "In the absence of thyroid problems, there is no research evidence to suggest that goitrogenic foods will negatively impact your health. In fact, the opposite is true" I love Jillian but why is assuming all of us have a thyroid issue? And even if we do, it…

Thanks! I did start today

That makes sense, I have been having berries almost everyday for a while now, I guess I'll finish the strawberries I just bought and then wait till summer when they taste better anyway. Might switch from peanutbutter to almond butter as well. Soy will be hard due to my love of sushi, plus my Kashi Go Lean Crunch has soy…

It is not as much, but still a good amount.

Review: This dvd is sooo good! It is my new favorite Jillian dvd! I have done 30ds, NMTZ, Ripped, Extreme S&S, Banish Fat BM, and Yoga Meltdown. Just ordered her 90 day Body Revolution set. I'm doing Killer Buns and Thighs level 1 until my Body Revolutio set arrive in the mail along with running 3 miles 2-3 times a week…

I agree, think of that as the practice run.

1. I agree with the person who said just wake up at 6:15am and workout, don't worry about getting earlier. I think an orange or protein smoothie would be great. Maybe mix some berries or protein powder into your yogurt. Kashi Go Lean Crunch has soy protein powder, I mix that in yogurt with berries for breakfast most days.…

I really wanted to start today but the package did not arrive :(, well there is still a chance that fed ex will show up, but I should be getting it tomorrow and will start then if I do. I did Jillian Michael's Killer Bun and Thighs today instead. Loved it! Good luck to us all!
