Do you have any before pictures you could compare yourself to? A co-worker of mine lost a lot of weight, but kept wearing her "big" clothes. She REALLY looked like she needed new clothes. But, she still wasn't comfortable in smaller sizes yet.

Today didn't go so great. I had a 10 hour round trip drive and we stopped at one of my favorite restaurants. I'm really going to have to push hard next week to make up for today!!

When my kids were real young I would work out in the mornings. Now that they are old enough to keep up we try to include them in exercise too. I want them to form good habits when they're young!

So, today went really good! I stayed under my calorie goals and rode 6.82 miles on the bike. Getting pretty close to my 7 mile goal!

I get tired of just water so I add lemon to it or sometimes I use the crystal light flavor packets. Wyler's makes good sugar free flavor packets too!

I know what you mean. I eat apples with peanut butter all the time. And a lot of these weren't really weird to me. Although my husband would beg to differ! He wouldn't eat most of it.

This morning was raisin bran with ff milk. I also like to make oatmeal with half a chopped banana and a tsp. of brown sugar mixed in.

I personally think you look great!! Good job! I would start working on toning and maintenance. But, ultimately you have to do whatever makes you feel good. You're the one looking into the mirror everyday.

I've given up sitting on my butt!! It was hard at first to find the motivation to get up and exercise...but, now that we've really made the change I find myself thinking of ways to get some more exercise in whenever I have down time. Today that motivation got me a clean house and some burned calories!!

When I was in my 20's I actually did stop drinking soda's all together. That was the only thing I changed and I lost about 15 lbs. Since then I have definitely relapsed!! Both of my boys used their toddler beds from about age 2 till about 41/2 or 5. It's just safer when they're little cuz it's lower. After that they went into twin beds. If you don't want to spend the money on a toddler bed, you could always just put the mattress on the floor for now without the frame so that it's lower.

That trainer is a complete jerk!! About 6 yrs. ago I lost 40 lbs without a personal trainer (or a gym membership)!! I did it by counting calories and daily exercise. On days that I work out I find that I don't really want to eat much. As long as you feel OK and still have plenty of energy I would worry about it..
