I work 2nd shift too...but usually 10+ hours. I haven't been on the shift very long so I'm still trying to figure out the sleep/work out/eating/work thing. One of my problems is I wake up and want to eat lunch/dinner food...when I should really be eating oatmeal and yogurt breakfast type food. And I'm the same when I get…

Uhhh yea, I have the same problem. I'm still trying to figure out how to avoid it...I've been chewing gum and drinking water. I find if I eat even a little bit I keep eating and eating....DAMN BRAIN!

And my other question is....if I walk so much and/or burn so many calories on a regular day then why aren't I losing weight? I kinda worrry it might not motivate me...does that sound stupid.

Another goal of mine is to save $$$$$$ so I would like to get on a budget too. :)

I am wanting to lose weight, so I worry that seeing how many steps I take during the day and the calories I work off will let me think I can eat more...and more turns into tons.

Yeah, I totally agree. After tomorrow I am starting a healthy eating, fitness plan....to relieve stress, feel better about myself, and hopefully LOSE weight. Interested in being pen pals/motivators for each other?!?

Not togood with this stuff but I'm a supernatural fan as well and have 40 lb to lose....
