My doctor put me on a regiment of vitamins that really made a difference in my energy level, so maybe that is something that could help. I know how you feel. I've skipped weigh-ins because I haven't lost any weight. I'm lucky I haven't gained. How do we break out of this funk and get back to that fantastic motivated self we were a few months ago?

I also feel better knowing I am not alone in my struggles. And I've decided to be happy I haven't gained... Tomorrow is another day, and I'm reading all the success stories and feeling more and more motivated to keep at it.

I am nervous about weigh in... I've been eating well and exercising, but my scale doesn't always cooperate. However, I am wearing a pair of pants today I haven't been able to fit into for 2 years... Take that, stupid scale. :-)
