I've lost 110 lbs and 54 lbs since on here with my diary private. You can't rely on people to hold you accountable you gotta do that on your own. I gladly tell people how I've lost all my weight and will tell them what I eat. But that doesn't mean everything has to be open to view.

I am sure it depends on the person. But exercise increases the metabolism and i am less hungry when i exercise.

I know certain spices can increase the metabolism such as red pepper and cumin but I haven't had it increase my appetite.

I just really watched portions and cut out fast food. I started exercising 4 to 6 days a week and sometimes even 7 days a week. I eat Subway every Thursday and I have lost 107lbs. I cook all other meals throughout the week but Thursdays are my one day to not have to cook! I watch my sodium intake the rest of the week bc I know Subway is high in sodium. Enjoy it when you would like but just watch everything else.

mine is ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg white, worchestershire sauce reduced sodium, heinz 57, yellow mustard, seasoning, onions...mix all together...bake with ketchup spread on top...so great!

I was doing the same thing and just experienced my crash. I gotta really sick and had no energy. I just started back after 3 days rest. I feel much better now and stronger.

I have been doing level 2 twice in a row for over a week and I felt some soreness the first 2 days but now I really feel I am getting stronger. Maybe you should just watch your form a little closer to see if you are doing something a little off.

yes here DVDs work! I have all the ones mentioned but have only done 30DS so far. I am on day 13 and have been doing 2 to 3 levels per day and I have seen much improvement. But now I will open the other 2 when I get home and start on those as well!

Also, your net should be around 1200 per day so it should not be in a negative that's why you hear you should eat back your exercise calories. I never eat mine back so my net normally ranges around 600 to 800 after I eat and exercise. Just find what is best for your body. But a healthy caloric intake should not dip below…
