I LOVE it! One of my favorite programs and I saw lots of changes with it! It is great also that many levels can do it!

Thanks ladies!!

After doing lots of hour workouts (insanity, and both asylums) it is nice to feel a great workout and do it in 25 minutes!
-
p90x is more focused on muscle building and t25 has more of a cardio effect. t25 is also much shorter...25 minutes compared to an hour or more. I have done both (done some of the t25 workouts at least and will actually start the program tomorrow..done it live with Shaun T too) so shoot me a message if you have questions!

I did asylum! Love both volumes! I will be starting t25 on Monday!

P90X is a high intensity workout, which means you will need more calories than you would normally. This is the formula to use for p90x: Step 1. I would suggest uping it a little bit and seeing how it goes! so maybe try like 1750 and see how that goes! :)

Hey! You are using your body for strength training, so you are getting a full body workout! If you want to, you lift some weights during the week at home! But Insanity builds strength and is cardio. Remember nutrition plays a big part in all of this too! :) Add me as a friend if you want to talk more! :)

Great job!! :)

I stopped taking it all and started doing Shakeology. :)

I have tried a few protein powders. I did not like the taste of any of it. It was disgusting! I have tried results and recovery and it has worked the best for me and tastes amazing! It tastes like orange creamsicle!

I am currently doing P90X! It is a longer time commitment than some, but it's quicker than the gym (since you need to factor in travel time as well). It is a tough worker, but that is why results happen. You can add me and I would love to answer any of your questions about it!
