I taught last year, but only half days...this year will be my first year teaching a full day, at a new school, and in first grade! I also started my masters this summer! Man, I will be busy! The exercise will not stop though! That is what will help me get through the year :)

I LOVE Insanity! My hubby and I did it together! We also try to focus on eating healthy as well! It's great to do it together :)

Well it's interesting....bananas are good for you...but an odd diet! What really is crazy is the fact that is says you don't need to exercise...exercise is super important!

I find my body sometimes wants to do that, but I put in gum and just say no haha! I'm full too! What it comes down to is boredom. You keep busy during the day and at night take some down time! So drink water...chew gum...or do something to distract you! :) Also, you might wanna just stop buying sweets then you don't have…

The muscle will actually burn calories constantly and aid in weight loss....so i'm not sure where she is getting that from? It is super important to do both!!

I haven't done it, but friends of mine have. They love it! They have lost a lb or more doing it. You are best to do it during low impact days though.

I LOVE Insanity! I had been doing insanity for a while and just started ChaLEAN extreme last weekend! It is great to switch it up and do some strength training now, but will be doing another round of Insanity after I finish ChaLEAN! :) Shaun T made me sweat like I've never sweat before!

on Biggest Loser whenever they talk about subway it is a 6 inch with no cheese and lots of veggies! So I guess it depends what you get, but it would be healthier than scarfing down wings or a big mac!

I would say try it out and just take it slow! I think you'd do just fine! I've seen some very uncoordinated people at zumba and they do just fine! You can do it :) At least try it once!
