I often make wraps with Nori (seaweed) sheets. You can get really creative with fillings. Edit for spelling mistakes :)

Thank you!! This is a brilliant post with some great suggestions. I love the recipe builder but I find it hard to estimate portion size as hubby always dishes a much larger portion. Measuring the dish before & after is brilliant!

Just came accross this thread. I am half Chinese with a more muscular and curvy build, I have really learnt to accept my shape and look terrible if i get too skinny. But I have to say that being a shorty at 5ft 2/3 and picking up a mere 5kg makes a huge difference, and trying to lose these 5 kg is excruciatingly difficult.
