January last year, I weighed 220 pounds. Over the past year, I have struggled a lot and plateaued too many times to count. This October I decided that I was going to hit the gym like crazy and track my calories non-stop. I finally got into my healthy BMI and I weigh 163 pounds today. It's an amazing feeling.

I really like mine - it's helped boost my workouts and give me extra motivation. Also, it's nice to see how far I've walked at the end of the day.
