I am doing low carb. I try to stay at 30 carbs a day. So far it has been doable but I haven't been able to drop the artificial sweeteners. I put sugar free chocolate syrup with half and half in my coffee in the morning and I'm addicted. But I know you are supposed to try and stay away from artificial sweeteners grrrr :)

I really understand this post! The biggest problem is getting back into the workout on Monday after you have cheated all weekend! I am sitting here trying to make myself get up and go right now, but I have NO energy and no enthusiasm.

Nat, 4:30 is VERY EARLY. WAY to go even opening your eyes up at that ungodly hour. Sometimes when I am feeling overwhelmed by all the crappy things in life, I give myself permission to 1) take it slow 2) praise myself.
