Like the rest of the previous posters....get right back up and start again! I sometimes even do this mid-day. If I have a super bad lunch, bad choice in the heat of the moment type of thing, instead of throwing the entire day down the tubes I eat well for the rest of the evening. Hang in there.

Before I would log mine after. These days I tend to log mine in the morning after my breaky. It helps me even out my day a little more. I usually plan to eat things I know I have in my fridge or on hand.

This is the exact reason I LOVE my HRM! There are times, mainly on LIGHT SHORT walks, where my HRM is more than MFP, within 10-20 calories more. Otherwise, MFP and the gym machines are GROSSLY over what my HRM says. Sometimes hundreds. If you don't eat your calories back, I don't see where a HRM would be important. But if…
