Probably not every day to be honest, but over the week I think I am. I am wondering whether to count calories over a week rather than a day as I think this is more realistic and I won't feel guilty if I go over on the odd day

Completed day 4 today and it did feel easier. I'm going on my holidays in 3 weeks so am going to try level 2 tomorrow to try and speed things up a bit. Probably a mistake but I'm willing to try it. I too can actually walk downstairs today but my butt has been hurting a lot!

I would like to join too please, I started it yesterday and have just completed day 2 of level 1. I found the cardio a little easier (I think) but my muscles felt the strength exercises a little more. My start weight is 10lb 8 , as it has been for ages, no matter how much I eat or exercise, but I'm hoping that is about to…
