I thought I ate extremly healthly went to doctor with complaints about how I exercised and ate good. Blood work came back normal, it wasn't until I recorded everything I ate when I realized I was consuming way more calories then I was truly burning off!

If anyone is walking it would enjoy trying, not at running yet, but walking 3 miles a day and rotating riding my bike up to 6 miles a day. I'm hoping when I lose another 30 pounds (have lost 35 pounds since June 5th) I'll be able to run instead of a brisk walk!

Hi Ladies, I am 56, started on June 5th this year and have lost 35 pounds to date. Feeling good and looking to lose another 75 pounds. Chis Powell is my biggest inspiration. Would enjoy to connect with others!

Hi Everyone, would enjoy the challange. My goal is to lose a min of 100 pounds, I am at day 11. By doing a food journal it has really been a huge motivater.
