Well done for the weight loss. In my experience the only way to maintain it is watch what you eat, eat healthily but don't deny yourself a treat. This is natural. Keep up the exercise. You may not need to do it as much as when you were loosing but at least 1 or 2 times a week exercise is recommended to maintain the loss.…
