Great!! Thankyou for your response :) I don't want to bulk or anything :\ lol but I heard it's really good for your muscles after working out.. I mainly just do an hour of cardio everyday or 3-4x a week!

Yes I take one ultra mega women's vitamin from GNC a day! :) I do get fruits in, not veggies everyday but I make sure I get my protein & fiber in - I'm usually OVER! lol. But I seriously love whole grain / wheat bread and cereal!! I could LIVE off of it!! :) Are there any examples of what you guys eat twice a day? Lol! Jw…

I have it everyday on either Ezekiel whole grain bread or Sara Lee 45 cals per slice on whole grain! And I also use almond butter on apples for a snack everyday too lol.…
