I feel your frustration!! My thighs and face are the first to gain weight and any water retention is highly noticeable in those areas. Even while trying Keto for 2 weeks straight — when I would eat high sodium foods it would still show. Now I’m back to eating foods with not as much sodium and it seems to be working for me…

0.5-1lb for me. I’d seriously be so happy to see 2-3 lbs of a loss the following morning, lol! What time do you guys usually have dinner by and what is your dinner usually like? Would love any tips to lose more!

Hang in there. I’m also up a few lbs before & during that time of the month. If you stick to what you’ve been doing (eating healthier & at a deficit), the weight should come off. May be not as fast as you’d like but patience and consistency is key! *hugs*

Thank you everyone for the responses! Usually for breakfast i'll have plain oatmeal with almond milk, stevia, 1/4 banana and 1 tbsp of almond butter. But the energy just doesn't seem to be there for me as much anymore. I'll look into a few that you all suggested! Thanks again

I have a Nuwave oven and absolutely love it. I use it several times a week, and also use it to meal prep my food. It seriously cooks your meat.. perfectly juicy!! Lol. 5 months post partum and recently just started eating much healthier and trying to work out while in full mommy mode lol but the pooch has gotten a little smaller.. it seems like it will always be there though, even before pregnancy I've had a pooch at my "thinnest"! :(

I LOVE Stevia In The Raw! I usually add it to my protein shakes / smoothies.. or my nonfat greek yogurt. Great addition to sweeten some food up!

I have the same problem! I agree that 30DS is a great workout and have seen progress from friends losing inches all over! I also like to do HIIT!

LOL this is exactly how I used to feel!! I also have an office / desk job, I try to get up and walk around as much as possible. Don't worry about it so much, you're eating healthy and working out 3 x a week which is great :) Keep it consistent!
