Mine is set at 30 and there's times where I go over too, but the sugar mainly comes from fruit or sometimes veggies! I think it's okay for us though since we're not consuming sugary sweets from junk lol!

I like Trader Joes organic brown rice, it's in the frozen section.. just microwave for 3 minutes and it's prepared just right! Taste wonderful.

Same here! MFP has told me maintenance cals would be around 1,540.. it's so hard for me to eat that much though without being worried about gaining weight back!! Right now i'm trying to maintain..
