I keep my sodium low, usually that's when I feel "bloated" the most. I do eat complex carbs EVERYDAY.. but should I aim for higher protein instead and keep my carbs the same?

Thankyou so much for your response, it means alot!! <3 I am trying to eat more, it's just hard because I worry if i'm going to be taking in too much carbs or sugars as well. I love carbs.. and I noticed that carbs is what slowed down my weight loss at one point when I was trying to lose. Maybe I should eat double or well…

I agree!! Some deli meats can be so high in sodium! There's a few low sodium deli meats at Trader Joes that you can find such as Turkey and Ham! <3

Right now I am at my "goal weight #" but I'm not as happy with the fat still on my hips/thighs and lower stomach. So at this point I still do mainly cardio, and do light weight training with between 5-20 pound weights
