I've been to some really great concerts - and honestly, until last summer, I would have said Elton John. His shows aren't just concerts, they're an experience! ... then I saw Luke Bryan in August 2013 on his Dirt Road Diaries tour. Holy crap. He's amazing.

Beer, beer, beer, and beer. Put on 20lbs in a year and the only major change in diet was I went from occasionally drinking to have a beer or two... or three, every day. I was depressed because of a hellish job and I drowned my sorrows. Not good.

I'm right there with you! I'm wearing the same clothes that I did 20lbs ago (they're a bit tighter, obviously!) and I couldn't have thought I'd weigh what I did when I stepped on that scale a few weeks ago. We're all here to support each other - I'll send over a friend request!

I have to say that you simply are inspiring just by choosing to move forward from that experience positively. I'm a mother as well and I couldn't imagine what you're going through. My heart is with you!! I hope that you achieve your goals to get back to a healthy place physically, but also to a peaceful place emotionally.

I've completed three half-marathons and several crazy mud-runs over the past few years - also through a hit-or-miss training style. I have runner's knee because of it- I'd love to connect with you so that we can share our experiences and hopefully get to a point where we're successful as runners :)

I have the six week six pack workout and, as of last night, I can't even finish the level 1 workout - Jillian definitely puts out challenging workouts so I'm hopeful to get to the point where I can finish the silly thing!! ;)
