  • I've had the Fitbit One for a couple years. You can add me on here and there. You may have to message me on here to get my fitbit info for adding.
  • Click on Settings at the top. It's next to Log Out. Then, click on Update diet/fitness profile. It's the sixth option down the list. After that, you can type in the goal weight.
  • Hey! I hope you are successful in your weight loss and toning up!

  • It seems crazy to us that people believe that they are losing fat, but we've taken the time to research health related topics. Without the proper knowledge, people will believe anything. Don't forget that people honestly believed in witches and that the world was flat! We all know that they are simply losing water weight…
  • Decatur over here!

  • I'm happy with either as long as it looks good. My girlfriend has gone back and forth between long and short over the time we've been together and I've been pleased with every single styling/cut. The hair does not make the woman. A side note: I have long curly hair as you can see in my profile pic, so I clearly know what…
  • Make sure you take it one day at a time. Nobody ever got the body that they wanted over night. It will be a long and tough struggle to get what you want, but it will be worth it in the end. As long as you have your mind in the right place, the rest will follow. Also, make sure you have a strong support team. I'm open to a…
  • Oh my. Those look delicious! Thanks for sharing!
  • Hi! I log in daily and I've recently been getting into the whole social aspect of this site. I'm open to feedback and always welcome a friendly discussion. I enjoy seeing people get healthy and provide encouragement when I am able to. I have an open diary that displays all the good, bad, and beer consumed as well as my…
  • Atlanta, GA!
  • Putting in my two cents. I go by both. I'm a numbers kind of guy, so I like the data. Officially, I weigh in on Mondays, but I keep weighing throughout the week to mentally track how things are progressing. I only break out the tape measure once every 2-3 weeks. The tape doesn't move as quickly or drastically as the scale,…
  • I've recently started adding, too! I'm open for any invites! I log in daily. I have an open diary. I post things often. Hope I meet the requirements. haha
  • I'm on here daily and attempt to provide people feedback/encouragement as well. I'm open to any invite!
  • Yogurt. I think that's probably the best way to get probiotics. I like Smari yogurt (found in Whole Foods), but any yogurt will naturally have probiotics. The ones listed on the container of yogurt I'm eating out of now: thermophilus, bulgaricus, acidophilus, and yogourti.
  • Sodas! I gave them up a year ago. Took me almost a year prior to that to get it done. I believe in weaning off of things that you have so integrated in your life. I found that going cold turkey with something will cause bigger and ferocious cravings later, but that's me. It's not always the same for everyone. Also, get…
  • Mac & cheese (not boxed!), pizza from Antico (the best pizza in the country), and BREAD! I am a bread fanatic. It can be crackers, too. I don't mind.
  • Friend request sent! I've been using this on and off for a quite a while, too. I am low on friends (2). I never figured out until recently that having friends on here is a great motivator! Feel free to add me! That goes for anyone reading this. haha!

  • I love the Smari yogurts. Any flavor. It's not "greek" yogurt because it's Icelandic, but it's made the same way as greek and tastes better. I can only find it at Whole Foods here in Atlanta.
  • Welcome! I've been using this site and smartphone app (inconsistently) for a while. When I'm on it like I should be, it really helps me keep track of everything which is important since I sit at work all day. I've never gotten into the social aspect of this site before, but I think that it will help me stay on track…

  • Welcome and congrats on making a decision to get healthier. :) This site has a mobile app with barcode scanner as well. It's the only way that I am able to keep track of everything.

  • Everyone's bodies will react differently with cheat meals. I give myself a cheat almost every week and I find that I'll gain some, but lose faster over the next two days. I have read somewhere that overloading one day a week will shock the body into a higher calorie burn. I don't think that is the case for everyone, so pay…
  • Hey! I, too, am trying to change my eating habits. I want a full lifestyle change and instead of telling everyone that I'm "eating healthier" for it to just be called normal. :) I have found that I've gone off course too many times when I give my life change a label. I guess that's because I subconsciously allow myself to…
  • Don't forget that water can come from food sources as well. Fruits and veggies have tons of water, so they can add towards your water goals. Even drinks that are considered diuretics such as coffee or tea will hydrate you. I know when my body needs water because I feel thirsty/dehydrated. I've consulted doctors about this…
