It's only a set back if you don't think about your next choices and the consequences.. Otherwise my suggestion would be.. get right back on your calorie goal today and don't continue to binge.

I live in a two story-condo that's on top of another two-story condo. Upstairs I have carpet but I enjoy working out downstairs on the wood floors.

I personally love cooking MUFFIN STYLE.. I mix eggs, peppers and cheese .. like you would an omelet and put them in a Muffin Pan to bake.. Eat them and store them for a day or two.. they'll hold up in the fridge. Also I love mini meatloaves.. same thing.. mix and bake in a Muffin Pan. Great with a salad on the go!

Yes but at my gym I program MY weight MY time and MY speed.. so I believe my machines reading and change it on the MFP entry .. hope that works for you too. P.S. trust the one that reads the least amount burned .. you can't go wrong with burning a few more calories!

My doc says i'm borderline diabetic.. but I think I am since it runs in my family. Plus my weight doesn't help but I've made the decision to get healthy !!

Excellet suggestion! .. Your body craves energy and since you won't go to sleep, it's decided it needs nourishment to continue working during the night. . Dr Oz says.. get enough food, water and SLEEP to lose weight! :wink:

Anyway i Can.. MMMM mmmm MMMmmmm.. Cali woman here and we love avocados.. plus I've found out how good they are for your body .. and they are good even if you have high cholesterol .. Avo Gobble Gobble is a good choice.. love the turkey sandwich with a few slices of avocado

I love how i increased my cardio workout to 1 hour (400 calories) .. GO ME.. not an easy task for a 222 pound woman of 45 :heart:
