Under Cals.. Over H2O and caught up on the exercise and surpassed it! HURRAY!!! :wink: I cant believe i caught up with my exercise and completed the challenge and still can take Sunday off.. Hip hip hooray! :laugh:

I always go over on protein and sugar.. eh.. its not by much and i love to workout so i know my body needs the boost! :happy:

Exercise double.. plus challenge sit ups Water over Cals under.. I made up for Wednesdays and Thursdays missed workouts! Tomorrow I'll be doing Fridays and Saturdays workouts! .. Then i'll be all caught up :bigsmile:

Under cals Over water Exercise suspended and taking the day off today instead of Sunday.. It was over 100 degrees or very close to it.. I didnt have the strength to exercise since I do most of mine outdoors!

Yes ive noticed that happened at that same time. When I hit a loss of 25 I needed to eat more and exercise more.. Wishing you success.

I eat half my exercises cals and its working.. but i did read a post that this lady was eating all her exercise calories and lost a lot faster than I'm losing.. Give it a try and tweak it whenever you need to. :wink:

Going over on protein is fine.. Don't worry about that. Its good for your muscles!

At first if you go a little low it'll be fine.. 1-200 calories is close enough.. Later your body will demand to eat as you exercise more since you're burning up all those calories and it needs to keep you moving. I always eat my minimum cals 1200 and then eat half my exercise calories.. but that doesnt work for everyone..…

I was very overweight so I lost those so called "love handles" and never really had them.. i was more of an apple shape.. But intense high pact cardio has made me lose all around my stomach and even though i carry my weight up in the front.. ugh.. its slowly decreasing.. I wish you success!

At first this is an issue but as you workout and challenge your body .. it's your body that requires and demands more food intake. Add healthy foods.. I'd stay away from the big macs .. lol. .just saying!

Add your exercise to your NOTE section and dont claim it by checking any boxes until you're completely finished. That's the easiest way to accomplish your goals.

Excellent results!! I just started JM's 30DS and im only on Level 1 Day 4 but its kicking my booty! :laugh: Ive lost 2 pounds so far and cant wait to see the results at the end of the month! :bigsmile:
