Love your long term goal! I met someone here that has done it and with his daughter and they said it was the best time ever...she quit her job to be able to do it and then when she was done her boss called her begging to come back lol...he offered her a raise, a sign on bonus, and a ticket home

I personally love California rolls and Philly rolls...the Philly rolls are usually in the 300s b/c of the cream cheese but still not too bad...love me some sushi! enjoy:)

I have the Polar FT7 and I personally love it! It syncs with the equipment at my gym so I don't have to constantly look at the watch, just shows it on the machine

Like some people said the after care is the worst...just make sure you keep them clean and keep turning them...it's painful initially but it will go away...they're nice to have;-)

I agree...look at maybe lower your goal loss...I have mine set at .5/week b/c I kept going over at 1 lb and I've been losing a lot better
-
as far as your pants size, I'm the same way...I will lose it in that area but I can't shrink my hip bones....it's just how I am built

I would stick to your own scale...so many people use the one at the gym and it's probably not calibrated right either

That is not true at all...I work for the police...we take every missing person seriously...if they are not found with us doing some research and looking into it and doing a cell phone trace then they are entered into the national database for missing persons so if they are pulled over or arrested then it will show that…
