My goal is 135-140...I've got the child bearing hips and don't think I'm meant to be skinny skinny like some people are

I work 6p-6a and I eat like I would if I was working days...When I wake up at 4:30pm, I eat breakfast and I'll eat lunch around midnight and dinner when I get home from work and then normal small snacks in between...working nights is already bad enough, I don't want to completely shock my system

I'm not a nurse...but I'm a 911 dispatcher and work 12 hour night shifts...it's rough but bringing my lunch and taking time here and there to use my walking video really helps me

Well, I'm not necessarily skipping my workouts now...my roommate recently moved out of the basement so I am currently setting up an area down there to do my workouts when I don't feel like going to the gym

I graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice and starting my Masters in January...I am currently a 911 dispatcher and I love my job...I would love to be able to work with kids one day though, either in Child Services or Juvenile Probation
