I enjoy my day with my family but still log things to stay on track...I'll most likely go over but as long as I still with my routine then I'm ok with that

my scanner works great too...occassionally it doesn't find one and I have to do a search but that's not too often

i allow myself cheat days...but not everyone does...it's really up to you if you want to go that route

I honestly think this depends on the person...I was gaining weight b/c I'd go to bed and eat before going to sleep...when I stopped doing that and not eating 2 hours before bed is when I started losing weight

ok...I looked at your diary and the first thing I noticed is you're really not eating enough...eating too little can cause you to gain weight sometimes b/c your body has to make up for the deficit that you didn't consume

i always weigh in right when i wake up after going to the restroom...maybe you are retaining more water for some reason...I also only weigh in once a week b/c numerous times through out the week for me is very discouraging, but obviously not everyone is the same way

agree! you're definitely not eating enough...one of the days you only ate 680 calories! Did you not record everything or is that really all you ate?

are you using 3 different scales?? are you weighing at the same time or multiple times throughout the day??

I think you can do it! It just takes dedication, willpower and time...yes losing weight on your own takes more time then surgery but in the end it's all up to you and how much motivation and willpower you have...good luck!

You know what, time away is a good thing...we try to make sure we spend at least 1 night a week out away from each other...you have to have your free time away or else you do get completely sick of each other, especially if you two are really alike like my b/f and I are

yea definitely a body wrap has worked for me in the past...gets rid of a lot of water weight and if you get a certain kind it is a great skin treatment

well, I'm on the pill...but I do know when I first started it took a few weeks to lose anything...I lost inches though and as long as your clothes are feeling better than you shouldn't worry about it...keep up what you're doing

I would do maybe half of it...5 hours of walking or something since you're constantly on your feet...at least then you have some of it but you're not adding too many calories since you're not really sure on what you burnt

I'll be in the Drumstick Dash with my mom and bf on Thanksgiving...it'll feel nice to burn some calories before having dinner:)

I work 6p-6a and am at a sit down job too...I just make sure I bring enough good food to eat throughout the night and I leave any money or my debit card at home so I am not tempted to get anything

even though you're over if you have some berries or something small then that's not bad compared to eating something processed as a snack
