we just had this topic last night...I work 6p-6a and I log my food from the time I wake up til I go to bed...when I wake up and eat breakfast at 4:30p then that's breakfast...it doesn't matter if it's breakfast food or not...I don't worry about midnight being the next day b/c I'm still on the current day

it takes 20 mins for your brain to signal that you are full...that's why you're supposed to eat slow...my eating depends on my mood and how hungry i really am...lol...but i do try to eat a little slower

Question...I see in your profile that he said your husband is deployed...is he still at the moment?? That's a big stressor...if he's not maybe you should talk to him about it b/c hopefully he doesn't have PTSD...that can really make a person depressed and push them away from their family

Taking a nap is definitely, i think, the best option...or trying to stay up as long as you can and crashing early

like they said some people aren't in that position yet to open it up to people...they have either just started their journey and want to take a step at a time or are shy about what they eat and want to keep it private

after having a surgery that puts you out of commission exercise wise like knee surgery does, you really need to concentrate on your calories...make sure you change your profile to the least sedentary choice so that it your calories aren't so high if you were exercising
