I just noticed your chart from last week and it looks really good...I wish I had a better week this week but it's been a stressful work week...I hope everyone did great!

I work at a desk for 12 hours a day and a few things I do is I can walk in place and high step, use the aerobic step we have for a few mins and then I use the desk to do modified pushups too...if you're sitting down you can also work on your abs by pulling your legs towards your chest and out without setting them down

I got the Zumba workout recently and I love it! I'm going to get the Pilates one too soon:)

I'm with you...I just can't seem to keep on track and really need the support from some new friends:) Sunday is my cheat day but I'm going to try not to cheat as much as I normally do...I just need some control over going all out...good luck ladies!
