You should put at the bery least 1200 cals in your diet everyday. If you work out and it says zero eat back some calories until you get to 1200.

Its water retention to aid your muscles in repair. This is actually a good sign you are excersing correctly.

Have a normal breakfast and light lunch ten do 60 mins of cardio or training and eat whatever you want ( in moderation ) for dinner.

I usually meet my suggested calories, but I try to come in 200-400 cals under to make up for the error in what myfitnesspals calorie calculator tells me i burned. seems to be working. I lost 80 pounds in 2007, gained it all back, lost 25 last year, gained it all back and lost 35 this year and plan to keep it off for good.…
