I am usually netting at about 1500-1600, with exercise about 150-200 calories or so of that.

Thanks for all your feedback! I do realize it's impossible to keep up anything near that rate of weight loss. But I am committed to sticking with it. A nice side benefit - this result has motivated a few friends and family members to check out the site! Good for all!
