My Fitbit One is hanging on by a thread. I got it when they were first introduced. Battery life is down to about 3 or 4 days. I am desperately seeking one to wear in the small pocket of my Levi's 501s. The One was perfection; tiny, accurate, unbelievably durable. I laundered it at least three times!

Wrong. Klewis81 is right. You are actually comparing apples to oranges. Blame our forefathers for such a confusing system. There are two types of ounces - weight ounces and volume ounces. Ruby Tuesday's has quite a few good choices. A small (7 oz) sirloin can be had with sides liked steamed brocolli and YUMMY grilled green beans. I usually double up on the green beans for my sides. Very nice, tasty dinner with zero guilt! The steak with double grilled green beans comes in at 392 calories!

Chilis Southern Smokehouse Burger at a svelte 2,290 calories and 6,500 mg of sodium ... LOL. At least that includes the fries! Most of us wouldn't be able to eat again for two days!

Interesting you ask that as I was wondering the same thing. As it turns out, my 2 weeks with the biggest weight loss were two weeks in which I went over on calories (by up to 1,000!) on one of the days. Not sure what that means ...
