hello, I joined mfp last year but didn't get to use the site and that's why my weight loss journey failed. But now, I using this sight for four day now and it's been very helpful. I restarted my weight loss journey last 3 weeks ago and I lost 8.8 lbs. My starting weight was 178.2, now it's 169.4. I love this site!
