Great, I try to walk a lot, of course I am no where near running yet. I want to try c25k to get me going. My goal is to reach 199 and then start that. Need more weight off my knees and feet first. I have plantar fasciitis and that makes me wanna die at times.

I am going to buy some of these for snacks. I need to get out and find a few 100 calorie snacks to have on hand.

My husband drinks 2 two liters of Diet Pepsi a day. I know this is something we have to break but right now I am just trying to work on his bad eating habits. The soda pop makes him hungry I believe. But of course he doesn't. I was able to stop drinking my Pepsi for the most part. I allow myself maybe 1 can a week.

Actually I never planned for those times. I have been winging it. Talking myself through the cravings. I did that last night to and I am please to say I made it through without a bite. Thanks to ALL!!!

Yes it seems I have somewhat of a double whammy. I quit smoking nearly 1 year ago (August 25) I substitute those cravings with sugar free gum. I am rapidly approaching 1 year Quit. I used Chantix to quit which helped on the "mind" aspect. I was only on it 1 month. I had smoked for 21 Years and I feel so good now. Please know that it is a daily battle and you can do this! Everyday is a "just say no" day. Add me if you need support.

Thanks Bcattoes That brings another question. I have a scale that shows my hydration level. It fluctuates around 21% According to this site link "makes up about 60 percent of your body weight" Does this mean that the number should read 60 % when I finally get to the right spot?

Makes sense, thank you. So if on a normal day I drink my 64oz of water (which I am just now getting used to) If I had a bad day the day before I should shoot for doubling that? Sorry but I have never been this interested in any one thing :) So I ask a lot of questions. Knowledge is Power.
