1st Compliment in over 10 years
I got a compliment from the woman at the post office today. I go in there at least weekly. I am wearing a snug pink exercise outfit and she said, Wow you look beautiful in that pink! 1st Weigh In!
I have been on this a week today and I am tickled to say I am down 4 pounds as of this morning. This is a big "High" for me as I am so used to it growing every week! I have gained nearly 30lbs this past year alone. Whoo hooo to the 4 lbs I am so able to do this!
