Ok so I am falling apart DON'T LAUGH

Ok so I have plantar fasciitis and have for several years. I deal with it as best I can.
I now have tendonitis in my left thumb/wrist and carpal tunnel syndrome in my right hand. My doctor has sent me to an orthopedic specialist and I am afraid of what they might say.

I have nearly 100 pounds I am trying to lose. I am counting calories and working out on my bike, walking some (not much due to the PF). Any additional things I can be doing that will not put stress on these regions?

Anyone have experience with the above injuries and do you recommend the surgery? The Shots? Physical Therapy?
I have been wearing a brace on both hands nightly and the left hand daily as well to immobilize the thumb/wrist.
