I found my calories added up quick today, My fault but I wont go to sleep like this!
What can I do , In my house, to get a nice large burn. Details would help as I am not accustomed to exercise at all.

JUMPING JACKS! No equipment needed, and ten minutes of those will have your heart racing! If you have a heart rate monitor, you'll be able to see your actual burn....If not, do them until you're panting, and you can feel your heart rate increase. Keep going at this intensity for 10-15 minutes, or as long as you can keep it up.
Also, if you have stairs in your house, try running up and down them. That's another great "in-home" workout!0 -
Got any exercise dvds. Also check for workout videos that are free on the internet, play one of those and get to it girl!!0

Clean everything, really quickly and with lots of effort. Run on the spot? My aunt lost roughly 150 pounds (maybe as high as 170) by eating right and doing chores vigorously. It seems silly, but I've seen proof that it works.0

Tabata training...interval training that burns over 100 cals in 20 minutes. The exercises you choose don't really matter as long as they get your heart going, but here are some you can try at home:
Squats. Do as many as you can as fast as you can for 30 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this 8 times total for 4 mintues total squats. Rest 1 minute.
Burpees (google if need be - they're easy). Again, as many as possible for 20 secs, rest for 10; repeat for 8 cycles. Rest 1 minute.
Sit-ups or crunches. Same as above for 8 intervals, 4 minutes total. Rest 1 minute.
Push-ups. Same as above.
Voila! In 20 minutes, you've kicked your own butt! Good luck!0 -
Thank you those are great options. I am back up now.. I have run my butt off literally. My legs are throbbing.0
