Finished Thursday's challenge, I think. Did everything if I got the right amount of water in. Wasn't sure how to judge my weight in water. But the rest of it I did.

I actually finished Wednesday's challenge, but I fell asleep before I got the chance to post last night. This 5am boot camp has a draw back when I am ready for bed by 9pm! Hum, half my weight in water- interesting. I will see how that one goes. I finished the bicep curls after my boot camp this morning. I will walk my mile…

Tuesdays challenge done! Looking forward to what you have in mind for Wednesday. Working toward weigh in on Friday!!!
-
That's right- you have awesome friends! Plus, you give good advice yourself.
-
Finished Monday's challenge. Wondering what our group weight loss was this week? Hope we lost more than Week 2!
-
Let the fun begin!!!

I was 35 calories over today, but I figure that is pretty good considering I went out to dinner. I walked my mile and got my water in. I am excited to see how everyone did! Here's looking forward to Week 3!

Completed Saturdays challenge. Hope next week I see more results!

If you are honest with yourself on MFP, I have no doubt you will see positive changes. I find that it is so much harder to see the changes now that I am 42. I have been losing the weight, but it is so much slower than when I was younger. But, slow and steady will keep it off and I am focusing on staying healthy. Best of…

I'm with you! I was just thinking about how much harder this all is now that I am older. I feel like I work twice as hard and the results are so much slower to show. I am not sure I have any inspiration at this point, but in spite of how difficult in can be, I am getting in to the best fitness shape of my life. Which is…

That is fantastic weight loss- congratulations.
-
I weighed in at 148 today, so that is a 1.3 pound loss this week for me! Ran my fastest mile today at boot camp which is a nice way to start week 2. Keep it up everyone. I think we are ALL doing a great job!
-
Didn't run the mile today as planned, but I did exercise for 60 minutes. Got water in and under calories.
-
Technically completed Tuesdays challenge (I am going to run the mile today because I was still sore from Boot Camp). Working toward weigh-in day! Enjoy Wednesday everyone.
-
Got my water in and jacks jumped. I will be under my calorie goal so i am good for today! I just started my boot camp class again today (4 days a week, 60 minutes each class) so depending on what the physical challenge is each day I may need to modify it. Bring on Tuesday!

Feel free to add me as well. Welcome and good luck. You will be so glad you joined MFP!
-
Feel free to add me! Welcome. You are off to a great start.

Remember, you have to start somewhere and the fact you are here looking for support is a tremendous step. I work in a hospital and I imagine it is a lot like a nursing facility: very difficult to maintain healthy eating while working! Go figure. Everyone brings in doughnuts and candy to share and patients and families give…

Just finished Saturday's challenge (assuming I remain under my calorie intake). Mile done and water drunk.
-
I completely agree with you. I found this week it was easier for me to stay under my calorie goal and complete my diary. Just think of where you will be if you continue to stay on track!
-
Finished today's challenge! I hate planks. I was under calorie goal again today- we will see if I can keep that going through the weekend.
-
Feel free to add me as well. I have 15 to go as well!
-
Feel free to add me as well. We have the same weight goal, though you are a bit taller!

I lost 3.7 pounds this week! I completed all the challenges and my daily food diary (sometimes, that was the hardest part!). I feel reenergized about my fitness journey and for that, I thank you all. My current weight is 149.3. Bring on Week 2. Special thanks to you, SUNNY613, for keeping us all organized.

2 pounds is fantastic! You are certainly doing something right. Keep that pace up and think where you will be in 2 months!

It helps to know I am not the only one! Thanks for the idea of sugar free gum. I will try that. I see those packs of mint chocolate chip ice cream gum in the store- maybe I will try that.
-
I got 7 hours of sleep, drank my water and I also made turkey burgers. Mine were not quite as spicy, but they were good (and very easy, so thanks SUNNY!). I am doing well so far- under my calorie goal, burning calories, etc. etc. etc. My current problem is that I still have the urge to over eat. For the most part, my diet…

Hey Labor Day-ers: are any of you waaaaayyyy over your daily protein intake? I seem to be in the red by lunch. Didn't know if anyone else was having this experience. Is this something I should be working on? I always thought more protein was better.

I have a good shredded chicken receipe for the crockpot which is nice after long days at the office. 2 lbs boneless and skinless chicken breasts 1 pkg. Good Seasonings Italian dressing mix 1/4 cup water 1 8oz package of low fat cream cheese (NOT no fat, won't mix well) 1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup 3 cups cooked…

Well, I survived the Rib fest! Thanks for the encouragement. It was hard because there is absolutely NOTHING healthy to eat at those things. I would pass up a whole section of rib venders, feel good about it, then walk right into funnel cakes, chili cheese fries and frozen snickers! But, I drank lots of water and, in part…
