I agree- don't weigh yourself so often. I try not to step on the scale more than once a week. Many things can effect your weight (sodium intake, time of day etc.) and if you don't see a change, or worse, see an increase, you may start worrying for no reason. I am down 2 pounds this week. Finally, a loss. Not where I was a month ago, but closer. I am going to boot camp 3 days next week so I think I will be in good shape for the holiday.

I completed the exercise portion of yesterday's challenge, but I went over my calories. Went out for Indian food with my daughter and it was hard for me to remember exactly what I ate. It was yummy though! I will be good for the rest of the week- I promise.

Finished Wednesday, sort of. We had a large part of boot camp today devoted to abs so I just couldn't do all those crunches today. Everything else I did. Still not confident about weigh in on Friday.

Today I weighed 146.7, that is 1.3 pounds down from last Friday. That is about 5 pounds total since the beginning of the challenge. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like I am on course to make the goal of 15 by Labor Day Weekend, but I am 5 pounds closer today! Who knows what 2 more weeks will bring?
