go to the file with the picture. right click the picture, choose open with, then open with the program called "paint". It will allow you to resize.:wink:

I am new to here. I have exercised and watched what I ate before then life happens and I lose my motivation and I quit. At one point I had reached a size 8. I am now back to a 14 and 188 lbs. Which is a lot on a 5'4" frame. :). I need some friends and any help is greatly appreciated.
