  • Awesome! That's such a great accomplishment! How long did it take you to reach this point?
  • I AGREE 100%!! I've tried every flavor I know of except for mango and plain. Pineapple is SO good as well as the raspberry. I'm not sure if I've just gotten used to the texture, but since I started eating it about a year ago I feel like the texture is a little smoother than before. Peach is good, black cherry,…
  • This is good advice. Thinking back I definitely think personally I could up the veggie intake for sure.
  • I'm in the same boat as far as exercising and the scale not changing. It's really discouraging. While I agree completely that muscle is more dense, I've also heard that it takes a decent amount of time and work to actually get that much muscle to see a difference. So I'm not sure that can be much of a factor. I've been…
  • Wow!! That's fantastic news!! I hope all goes well!
  • abeare, that sounds like an ineresting experience. Definitely keep us posted on how things go. The only thing I know about acupunture is what I see on TV. :) GOOD LUCK!
  • jalara I'm glad you have a plan. I know that helped me so much! After we went and had our theory about infertility confirmed, I was stressing out! My DH and I hadn't really discussed a plan yet because we really were just gathering info so we could start thinking about it. But the whole thing made me feel so rushed and…
  • Wow Jalara, sounds like you've been really through the run-around. It's a huge decision to take the next step. My husband and I haven't been TTC for as long, but I've been of BC for a year now and nothing. Because of family history on his end I set an appointment a few months ago with a fertility specialist for us to get…
  • Yeah that can be a pain! I tried on a whole bunch one day at a Big 5 sports store because I was tired of the sisters bouncing around, and I found a New Balance one that I LOVE!!!!!! It's more like a regular bra in that it has underwire and hooks, but it's part of cami/tank with adjustable straps that stick with super…
  • If I workout first thing in the morning I HAVE to eat or else I start getting light headed during my workout. I eat a banana and 1 cup of low fat chocolate milk, which was recommended to me by my trainer. It totally works! After a workout you have about 20 minutes to capatalize on all the work you've done and feed your…
  • Same here. Right when I get up. You're weight will fluctuate during the day anyway, and at my gym they've tested a few times and said overall people weighed more after a workout because of all the water they drank. I find that if my weight after a workout is lower than my morning weigh, the next morning I'm somewhere in…
  • The same thing happens to me. I don't know why I get so discouraged when it goes up. I'm the queen of telling my husband "it's just natural fluctuation" every time he gets on the scale and it's gone up slightly from the day before for no good reason. So it's even more discouraging that I get so discouraged! I'm doing a…
  • Seriously! The same thing happens to me! I get SO frustrated by it! And it really affects my motiviation. I fee like I never get anywhere with my weight loss because every I basically gain back everything I had lost. GAAHH!
  • I'm glad to see this thread! Sometimes I felt weird because when I tell taller people my current weight they wonder what I'm compaining about because my current weight is there goal weight! Um hello! I'm like 5-6" shorter than most of you! :) I'm 5'1", almost 5'2" , 26 years old and my goal is 120. I think my lowest in…
  • I think the important and sometimes frustrating thing to realize is that the answer isn't simple. As you can see from all the posts, there are a million variables and while 3500 calories may = 1 pound....there's so much that can affect that. And the way everyone's body works is so different. I mean, I know for me that if I…
  • That's awesome! I had a friend I worked with who used one. She loved it. I've been thinking about it for a while and now I just may be convinced! Thanks!
  • I agree with everyone...boost up the resistance and do some intervals. Also try going backwards, it'll give different muscles a workout!
  • YUM! I can't wait to try it!
  • I chew gum. It keeps my mouth busy, which for me is what I really need to distract. Once my mouth is chewing on something I forget about eating. Try a bunch of different flavors and find a few you really like!
  • Are you eating enough protein?
  • I got my 30DS from Netflix yesterday and my husband and I are going out of town for the weekend so we'll be starting Monday!! I'm really looking forward to starting. You guys are all seriously awesome! Good luck to everyone who is planning on starting or already shredding! :)
  • I've seen people put lots of different things in their water to spruce it up. Personally I stay away from crystal light because of the aspertame. Someone I work with puts frozen berries in her water. -I've been meaning to try that, it looks delicious. Someone else I know does slices of cucumber. You could try lime, or…
  • Are you kidding me right now with all these results?! Whoa! I was so glad that someone mentioned that they have the 30DS on Netflix! I put it at the top of my queue! Great job everyone for sticking with it! -I hope I have great results too! You guys are amazing!

  • Thanks for the idea about the Jillian Michaels shred! Maybe I shouldn't feel too bad about the 30 minutes, I still go to a Zumba class a few times a week and try to go to they gym on the other days!
  • I'd love to join! My husband and I are in the TTC phase...long story, but we confirmed we are up against some fertility issues. Even though I've been off birth control for 10 months, we haven't been specifically TRYING and not feeling like we need to rush, we're going to try a bit on our own for 6 months and see how it…
