  • I'm 5'2" Currently 126 and size 5. Measurements: 37-29-35 Goal is 115 or less (not concerned about size really). I'd really like to get to a 26 inch waist. I'm not sure if my body type will do that (apple) but we'll see.
  • This has happened to me although my husband would not eat ALL of my food like he did with your bacon sandwiches, he would have left me one. I tried explaining. Now I hide my food. And he has a whole shelf in the fridge that is his. ANYTHING on that shelf can be eaten. I make sure there is always stuff on it. Stews in…
  • For reference (which is not to say that everyone's situation is the same) my mother lost 100 pounds over the course of two years. She had 15lbs of loose skin removed from her mid section and arms. The surgery was so painful for her that she decided never to have the loose skin on her lower body done. As a side note, she…
  • There's two uses left on mine, if anyone wants one :) The boxes are $6 every 2 or 4 weeks (your choice) and there's no shipping. My code: L4THZ143P
  • Thank you, David! Here's my code: L4THZ143P
  • My suggestion would be to actually log your calories to see if you actually eating as much as you think you are. I got the same feeling you describe when I didnt eat enough while doing Insanity (extremely intense cardio workouts). Hopefully its as easy as eating more and not anything medical. :)
  • I third this suggestion! I have had fantastic support from Freya brand sports bras. And they make all the weird, hard to find sizes. Im a 32E and LOVE the Freya brand (and also Chantelle but not for sports :D).
  • You look wonderful!! Im proud of you! I hope to catch up to you soon :)
  • This actually IS the best Chicken Tortilla Soup ever :D I add a can or two of black beans, as well. My husband loves it and my brother in law made me teach him how to make it so he could make whole pots all for himself. http://www.food.com/recipe/the-best-chicken-tortilla-soup-104086 Super easy, too. Throw it all in and…
  • If there is, i havent found it. Even the Boars Head lower sodium is killer. Hence, I suppose, the word "lower" rather than "low". I didnt realize there was a no salt one though, I might haveto check that out.
  • Steamed with Fresh lemon and cracked black pepper! And sauteed with minced garlic and a little soy sauce.
  • I would suggest talking to a doctor about your concerns and having him refer you to someone who can help you through this. Disordered eating habits and thoughts are hard to overcome on your own and it would be beneficial for you to talk to a professional who can truly help you gain a proper perspective.
  • I must try this! Coke zero is delicious. I especially like cherry coke zero. Also, as far as I know, no studies have conclusively shown that diet soda itself is bad for you. Since its never studied separate from eating habits...
  • I eat the one I like. Regular ole Skippy. My husband, though, loves Jif. I make room for those tasty peanut buttery calories in my day.
  • I've had one for five years (about to get it replaced) and had no issues at all with weight gain. Talk to your doctor, maybe something else is going on?
  • Im 5' 1.5" and my first goal is to get to the teens and stay there! SW: 147 CW: 123 GW: 114 And in my dreams I think it would be amazing to get to 110. Ive never been under 118 and definitely felt there was room for improvement even at that weight. Feel free to add me :)
  • 5'1.5" here! I started at 147 and have successfully kept off 25lbs. Now its those last ten that are getting me! My goal is to get to (and maintain) between 110-114lbs. Ive never been lower than 118 so its a challenge! Currently at 123. Oh and Im 35 :) Feel free to add me!
  • Push up bras are magic! Sadly, I have the opposite problem. I'm 5'1" and mine are 34E. I can never make them look smaller and its hard to find tops. I cant wear button up blouses because its impossible to find ones that fit in the waist AND the chest. And I always feel like I look fatter than I am (especially in pictures).…
  • Wow!! Thats an amazing difference for just 12 pounds (and I dont mean that like 12 lbs isnt a lot, because it is!)!! Your face is slimmer, your arms are, too. And your dress is now at least one size too big! Awesome work!
  • Everything you want to know is probably right here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 Please read it carefully and you will understand why everyone is telling you that you are not eating enough.
  • No, it doesn't matter. Just because its processed does not mean you won't lose weight.
  • You could definitely eat at maintenance for a week and see what happens. That means eat your TDEE. Thats how I broke my cycle of gainng and losing the same two pounds over and over. And since you have so little left to lose, you should be looking at losing half a pound a week (or even less). I believe it is recommended to…
  • Unfortunately, that overhang only disappears with general fat loss. Theres no way to lose from that area specifically. As for "perking" up, you can work on the chest muscles underneath but I cant say how much good it does since I do chest exercises (push ups, chest flies, etc) and havent noticed any difference in…
  • Im 5'1" and I started at 147lbs. Im currently at 124 but i was down to 117 before my vacation and the holidays >.< my goal had been 115 but at 117 I could see I had more to go so Ive adjusted my goal to 110. Ive never been lower than 117 in my adult life so it was pretty fun seeing myself like that. I cant wait to see what…
  • http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 ^^^ the above link will provide you with a lot of real solid information. Please read it and enjoy unbiased logical ways to help yourself start off on the right foot. You can do this!
  • It sounds like your doctor has already given you your answer. Youll be fine! Especially as you consider how much you want/need your surgery. This hopefully will make Optifast not be so traumatizing for you. Good luck and I hope all goes well for you :)
  • LOL!!! I seem to have lost hula hooping abilities in my old age...
  • Im female, 5'2" and about 120lbs and mine are 13". I love them! My husband sounds like you, though. He has tiny calves and is jealous of mine. He works and works on them but theyre still smallish compared to the rest of him (6'1", 175lbs). Lots of it just has to do with genetics. He's resigning himself to small calves…
  • I just right click and View Image and its all there :D Fantastic work! What a change! You are looking amazing!
