Hi all, I am just new to the group. I have this week been giving myself a telling off and am determind to get in shape for christmas.

Hi I am really hoping to shape up for christmas and would like to be 150lbs which would mean me losing 30lbs. SW 180 CW 178 GW 140 I really hope I can do this.

My work out plan is to complete 3 trips a week to my gym and whilst there Monday : 30 mins - CX Works, 60mins - Body Combat & 30 mins body balance Wednesday: 45 mins - Spinning thursday: 45mins-spin, 30mins-cx works and 60mins body balance I am aiming to fit in other excercise around work, baby and family commitments.

I am on D4 L1 but will need a day off tomorrow as we have visitors all day so I did L2 (minus warm up)straight after L1 (minus end stretch). I am feeling my thight muscles ache and esp when going up and down stairs but I am feeling so much better that Iam sticking it so far so good.

Hi all, I am 27 and have a 3 month old little girl and we live in belfast, northern ireland. I would love to get back into my pre maternity clothes and also slightly closer to my prepregnancy weight on time for my first wedding anniversary. Looking forward to all the support and the weight lose off course. Paula x

thank you all for the replies. I have a fab mother in law who will mind my lo anytime for me to let me get to the gym but until now I have reluctant to leave her but now realise I need to do stuff for me so I can be a better mummy. I have been doing a 3 mile walk 3 times a week but still eating like a horse so not seeing…
